Feeling like I made a huge dent in the work load.

I like when I actually feel appreciated for the work I put in.

Everyone seems to work hard here. It's motivating to work with people who work just as hard as you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been paid more hourly at places where the work was not nearly as important. This is a great company, but I think we should start at a higher pay rate and/or be able to earn raises more than once a year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is far too low. My last raise was based on the length of my employment and not the quality of my work. Opportunity for raises are too few and far between. I do not want to be a mentor, I want to do my job and do it well and be paid fairly for it.
