I have enjoyed being employed at Verisys for going on 4 years which has gone by really fast. I have learned alot and become proficient in many things that also makes me proud of the work that I complete.

I enjoy working those my products and getting them completed. It shows accomplishment of what the client desires which brings positivity to our company.

The best part about my compensation package is that I am able to have insurance for my husband in case something happens. It is great because of my husbands medical situation; he is unable to obtain more insurance. I've never seen this option in other places of employment.

I enjoy working with my team as they give their Best as they are always available to confer with and help when I'm not in the office. I don't have to worry if tasks are left and not worked on. The team works hard and well together.

I love that we have our own slack channel and there we learn more about one another. We celebrate each others highs and walk through each others lows; together. I love that everyone is so nice and considerate. I can say that there is no one that is rude or mean.

I love the fact that our leadership team prides themselves in our products quality and not necessarily in the number (still important). They go back to, it's how we treat one another and there is absolutely no bullying. They have set the environment and culture of this organization. I love it!!!

What I like best about my Leadership team is that they not only lead, they get into the work in order to meet deadlines. They are communicative with what is going on with the business both good and things that didn't go well. They provide positive feedback as well as instill the values they request.

I think this is a matter that is often at question because the job that we do and the attention that I put towards my position, I would like to be able to live more comfortably with my wages if it were to be increased. However, this may be the Flexibility at this job is unmatched.

It makes me happy to know that when I come to work; the people care about me. They love the fact that I ask questions and they will answer them with detailed explanations. I am happy that we have time two days a week for 30 minutes to and hour to talk/play games/team build. I am happy!!!

I enjoy the fact that my leadership team views me as a person and not a number. They care about me enough to help me become a better team member by developing the skills, but also focusing on my strengths that gives me confidence to continue to excel. The Leadership is a Team from the top down .

What is the most positive about the culture and environment at my company that however it may be WFH; we still have a form of closeness. I love the flexibility and the fact that when I have appointments, I can make up the time because there is plenty of work to do. It is a great work life balance.
