Working for this company has been great with my only issue being that many that have been here for years are not being paid the same rate as those that are hired on for the same job. It's insulting from a company that gets so much right but falls short on this one thing.

Great at everything except more expectations for not more pay.

Our team lead. He keeps us together

We help each other out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid at least $15 an hour when I have worked here for years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the environment is how caring and respectful the coworkers and team leads are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has done an amazing job of being there for each other in times when we need each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the happiest at work is that I have a network of people who will find answers for me if I need questions answered.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
System constantly crashes and has ongoing issues that haven't been fixed for months. This needs to change. We would be more motivated if we made more money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying a living wage (paying everyone the bare minimum of $15 an hour- especially if they've been with the company for years) and addressing these concerns in a professional way instead of telling employees to go work at McDonalds if we want that pay. Then hiring new people at $15. It's insulting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Asked to do more with system that constantly fails daily. Asked to do more work while: Not given raises based off of this and instead on "merit", given small chance of reaching EPIQ when the goalpost is moved. I see the same job paying more by other companies. It's getting harder to justify staying.
