I appreciate the lower monthly cost for healthcare through the company quite a bit.
I enjoy that my manager cares for me as a person and doesn't see me as just a replaceable cog in the machine. They are a great mentor, understanding and flexible.
I do genuinely feel that, at least in my experience, my direct manager does care for me as a person. They understand life happens/things come up and are accommodating when that does happen.
They over communicate, which is a good thing. They listen to what each other has to say, provide and receive feedback well. There's always someone available to answer questions, provide back up if needed. Generally just working as a team to accomplish goals.
When I have enough work to not be bored but I'm not slammed with too much work to where I'm overwhelmed and feel unproductive. I like the sense of accomplishment of feeling like I've made an impact with the work I've done that day.
