I have been here over two years, and my experience has been very good. My current supervisor is great. I wish that the PT workers could receive some amount of PTO. This is 1st co. I've ever worked for that doesn't offer any PTO for PT employees
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
As a PT remote worker, I do not go to the office, even before Covid lockdowns. We communicate thru email or Chat or Google meetings. I enjoy the communication i have with other staff or my supervisors. Response time to questions is excellent. IT response to help desk tickets is excellent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from my home.

Open door policies. Encourage communication.

This is really NA to me. I am part time and work remotely. I do not have any benefits.

Even though I am a PT off-site employee, I still get the emails, etc. from leadership and make me feel a part of the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am not really aware of what the team does as a whole. I mean I see the monthly Audits. But I do not interact with my coworkers as a rule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a good supervisor who always tries to help and has a positive attitude. But I do not interact with the "culture" really, and answering that part of this survey is really not possible.
