I just believe the company needs to get with the post covid pay rates if they want to retain people

Currently there are signs everywhere about starting at what I make now, being in an office used to be upper scale and if you were in a warehouse you had to settle pay wise, now it's the opposite the warehouses are starting at 17+ an hour and that's on the low side
