Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This is the best job I've ever had because they allow me to do my job and advance my career, but they also allow the flexibility required for a decent work/life balance. It's helped me maintain a healthy relationship with my partner, friends, and family while still having a thriving career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A fair and competitive salary, a good amount of PTO, and affordable health insurance.

The amount of communication. The small size. The collaboration. The willingness to help one another.

I love how small my team is. We all get along, work well together, and there's no unnecessary drama.

Affordability is the most important thing for me, and I believe currently the coverage we have is pretty great for the price.

Being able to do my job from home without micromanagement and having the flexibility I need to balance my work and social life.

I appreciate that they overall seem to care about their employee's wellbeing and don't treat us like we're just numbers. I also appreciate the flexibility they allow for.

I appreciate that they don't micro-manage employees. I also love the amount of flexibility and freedom for employees. I've always believed jobs should be flexible so long as the work is completed, and this is the first job that has allowed that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all working towards the same goal but we're still treated like humans with our own lives. We're not expected to behave like unfeeling robots that don't have families, partners, etc. We're allowed the flexibility we need to still have a social/family life.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that I can feel like I'm making a difference at an overall ethical company. Also grateful that Verisys allows their employees to still have a life. We're not expected to sacrifice our family time or health. We're allowed to have flexibility- because we're humans, not robots.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility. I don't feel like I'm going to be let go if I need to go to a doctor's appointment in the morning or run an errand unexpectedly in the afternoon. I appreciate that I can make up the time. I also appreciate that I'm allowed to actually use the PTO I've earned.
