My team is very good at communicating and making sure tasks get effectively done.
Ever since this company merged with another we have lost all our great leaders who value their employees. Current leadership needs to stop saying how much they value us with words and show us by improving our quality of life.
I, as well as countless others, work tirelessly here for a laughable wage. I understand that many positions here are "entry level" but it is impossible to survive with this pay. Simply embarrassing. They definitely do not value time-spent working here.
We need the old executive ideals back. We were told recently that when a bunch of people were laid off to not think of them as "persons" but more-so as "positions". What does that tell you about how human they treat us?
