Profits over people. No maternity/paternity leave. Only got 2 paid days to be with my newborn when I first started because I hadn't accrued much PTO. My pay has increased $2 in 4 years even with inflation being what it is. No bonuses for this last year. The only positive is working from home.

My supervisor really cares about me and my well-being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity and diversity. They do a great job to have everyone be included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay didn't rise with inflation. Rent is as high as ever and people can't even make their bills at $15 an hour unless you have a second income. Executive leadership think that they're progressive paying $15 an hour and providing health benefits, but it's very basic compensation. I feel undervalued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's all about pay. I love being "part of a team", but when it really comes down to it, we're all here because of money. Pay doesn't reflect the work being done, it's hard to be invested. If I got paid more, I would work harder than I do now (I'm high in productivity) and be a lot more productive.
