I love my job but the pay is horrendous!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the company and everyone I work with. I love what I do and the professionalism that is here. The pay is just horrible! Advancements are in name and task only, not much in compensation. The top is paid very well while those of us who do the work are compensated poorly.

We are expected to be professional in all that we do and be on task 100% of the time, yet our pay is that of a fast food restaurant.

We work a professional job and are expected to be professionals at all times with the pay of a beginners job. We get paid equal to or less than fast food. The pay is horrible!!
