At this point of my career/life I have a low stress work environment. I know what is expected and it's appreciate.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Since the pandemic it has been less stressful to know that we are able to work from home on a more permanent basis. Also that it seems most everyone knows what they are expected to do workwise.

PTO and health care benefits are generous

Helping my co workers achieve our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fair, forward thinking, generous to a degree, honest

Generous PTO and Holidays. Low $$$ for insurances

They communicate when needed so that there are no suprises.

Each team member helps each other when the need arises.

Knowing I helped promote quality services etc. Data quality

We are encouraged to share our ideas with everyone including the Executives
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They "seem" driven to make the investors $$, which is good overall but sometimes it is a slippery slope about how much is enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work to help each other get things done. Doesn't matter if it's "your" job or not we just want to make our team and manager look good.
