What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is not a ton of communication between coworkers since we all work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all working towards the same goal. We all try to help each other when someone is struggling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be more incentives to increase pay throughout the year for hard work. Once a year raises that are very small do not cause me to want to work extra hard at my job. It also doesn't make me feel like I'm of actual value to the company.
