Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Retail jobs and Fast food jobs are paying more than here does. They couldn't even give us a full 50 cent raise. Being paid the actual living wage needed would make me feel better. Most of the people here have two jobs, that is wild. You can work at Walmart and live comfortably with just the one job.
