What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team, TL, and my dozens of friends outside of the team are wonderful. Some superiors are very nice and understanding. Including Scott, Danny, and Jeanette.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're like a family! My team is the only reason I'm staying! I love those people like they're my true family that work together and aren't afraid to ask questions and raise issues in good faith.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many people are working so hard to obtain bonus but are not getting it. not a lot of people do get bonus. We won't feel better about our compensation until the compensation reflects the hard work we put into the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everyone needs their pay increased to at least $17h/$18h. We know the company can do this easily with the record profits we've made for you. Bonus is not something that seems attainable for most and not worth it if we're not motivated to stay with the company that pays us so little.
