It has been a rocky few years with various mergers and acquisitions, but things are coming together now and we have strong leadership, strong teams and a great support system in place and can feel very confident in the direction we are headed with our products and services.
What makes you most happy at work?
When clients are pleased with our services and provide positive feedback because Verisys has helped make their job better or easier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO, 401k match and HSA contributions. The company goes out of their way to help keep health insurance cost to the employees under control.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency (even if it is bad news) and seeing employees as humans who have lives outside of work, which then motivates us to give our all at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Though we are all in different locations, my team knows each other very well and we go out of our way to help and support one another whether it be a work or personal concern.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have discovered offering a solid work/life balance by seeing employees as humans with lives outside of work results in higher engagement/productivity. Everyone has value, regardless of title and feels safe to reach out to leadership at the highest level with ideas or concerns.
