Overall, the experience is great. My immediate team leaders are sometimes rude and seems like they don't care about what I have going on. Other than that, the executive team truly cares about the employees. I don't feel as if I am compensated fairly, but overall it is a good experience working here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if the amount of work I do, along with the important nature of the work I do, deserves higher compensation than what I am paid. After looking into what I am paid compared to other similar positions in the industry, I am paid the lowest despite positive reviews.
