It is a good place to work and the HR team does a good job of creating ways to keep people involved, very hard working remotely. I think Charlie is good at setting a course for the company, seems like it has gotten a little muddled on how to get there below him. Overall I am pretty happy here.

Making my clients happy and solving issues or resolving a problem
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and holidays off. The health insurance is good to, this is the first time in many years that I haven't used my spouse's insurance. Varisys offered better options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for a way to grow Verisys and they do a good job of getting feedback on our products and if they are relevant to our clients needs. I have been pleasantly surprised by the way they listen to and take care of employees. Seems to be a priority
