My team is always willing to help each other out and stand in when needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Would be great if we were paid more with the increased volume of work, knowledge we need to have, juggling multiple websites and information. Everything is getting more expensive and most are barely scarping by paycheck to paycheck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team is pressured to learn and work 3 separate queues with no pay increase or merit for learning all 3, and the stress and pressure that comes with it. Losing a lot of people as we are not paid a lot for this much work or the expectations set up.
