They value people. And it does reflect in the way management treat employees

They value people and have good work ethics. Its a day and night difference when compared to my previous org.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The rating for prev question were based on 1 guy. Other team mates are good. One co-worker with like 8,9 experience in coding have coding skills of a fresher. The interview process should have been better and he shouldn't have been hired. He can't even understand if else after 30 mins of explanation
