Overall I can confidently say I love my job and there are so many things that I value about working at verisys. I do wish bonuses, raises and other postiive incentives would be a priority more often.

I love how kind and helpful my leadership team is. Do well at communicating and keeping us all on track.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my work space I have at home. I love the routine and the confidence this job gives me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently lost a half my bonus due to a late file. As much as I understand the importance of not having a late file, having a late file over the 4 years I have worked here has been a rare occurence. Losing half my bonus unfortunately made me feel like the hard work I do isnt valued much.
