More transparency, more respect for seniority. Too many meetings. Many things can be covered in an email.
Bonuses. Too many corporations give enormous/outrageous bonuses to higher ups but the troops make less, work harder and without us there would be no profit.
Bonuses would be nice for all. Too many corporate entities forget that that little extra helps those lower on the ladder and that we matter.
First of all too many feel that we are all the same. You have introverts and extroverts and those who are introverted should not be shamed into participating in games and what not and be respected.
