Providing a clear vision with priorities across all departments. For a long time departments worked in silos, and because of that animosity began to develop and departments feel like they are the only ones working towards a goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration. Everyone is unique and brings to the table strengths that when combined with other team members allows us to come up with a solution that is unique and better than if we had tried to come up with it on our own.
