What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co-workers and Manager always willing to listen and try to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not know alot about the leadership at Verisys, however at ReferencePro, she is outstanding.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work is either in abundance or slow, it would be great to have a happy medium. Pay increases and compensation for knowledge would be appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with the knowledge and dedication I have that my compensation should be much higher. With the small increases I have received over the past 2 years, it just is not enough to even get ahead with the cost of living increasing as much as it has. I have never received a financial bonus.
