Giving positive feedback other than always negative feedback. Being fair across the board and stop favoritism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
By not giving new tasks to a selected group of people and providing new tasks for everyone. Not leaving some people out of the loop. And to speak the truth! Being fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is favoritism. Certain managers do not have good people skills. These managers do not care to listen to your questions and for the most part tell you a lie back. It's hard to work for someone like that. People do not like to deal with this manager as they do not listen to what you have to say.
