Our team is diverse and each person brings their own unique set of skills to the table. If someone doesn't know the answer, no one hesistates to ask another mentor. My team makes our job a bit more easier.
Better pay. It's almost there, especially amongst mentors of production. We have to know enough of all products, as well as maintain numbers, as well as answering questions and teaching others. It's a huge responsibility, especially with the addition of ReferencePro.
Our team is unique. People from different walks of life whom seemingly have nothing in common always seem to be ready and able to help one another. We have fun, yes, but we work as a team to make sure everyone is on the same page.
