What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give their team members open pathways to solve a problems. There can be more than one roadmap to getting to an end results and they are open to feedback on how best to achieve a goal rather than define the exact path and force us to execute it whether it is successful or not
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Verisys has a strong commitment to women leaders and there is a 50/50 mix in all leadership capacities. In order for that to be successful the men treat the women as equal partners and with the same respect and regard that they have for their male counterparts. That is rare in a tech company
