I like knowing I'm helping protect patients.
I like the benefits and how PTO accumulates over years rather than disappearing at the end of each year.
We have a friendly and accommodating culture. No one is a just a number. In Content, we're all friends.
There is no bullying, drama, micromanaging, or passive-aggressive behavior in Content. The leaders are friendly and cooperative. I couldn't ask for better leadership.
DE (in Content) has really great group synergy. We meet our goals every week and everyone stays pretty positive, even if we all run into difficult projects ahead.
I've been in Content since 2012 and I've seen a lot of great changes. Leadership has made leaps and bounds to improve the experience in Content. One could not ask for better leadership.
The best thing about my co-workers is that we're able to give and take feedback without getting butthurt or upset. None of us are perfect! It's a very collaborative relationship and, at the end of the day, we're all friends. :)
Management is really easy to communicate with. I've never personally had an issue with management. In the past, managers with difficult personalities have come along briefly, but other managers have been really quick to resolve any issues and put someone more appropriate in charge.
You know how some people get up in the morning and feel "sick to their stomachs" or get the "Sunday Scaries" going back to their jobs on Monday? I can honestly say I've never felt that while working at Verisys. I feel very fortunate.
I like being able to use my PTO with a little more flexibility. I like to be part of the team and not miss time. If I do miss time for something out of my control, I like that I can use my PTO for those situations. I also like the eye health insurance as well because glasses can get expensive.
