I've only been here a few months but it has been a great experience and I have learned a lot.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has made me grow as a person and a professional. I feel that even were my time with Verisys to end tomorrow I would leave more prepared to face the next challenge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay for the roll and medical premiums are mostly covered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is a priority. You are expected to pull you weight but family comes first.

We truly believe in doing the right thing every time even if it isn't the cheapest or easiest thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available. John Benson (the CEO) is scheduling one on one time with everyone at the company. Who does that? Impressive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving at the end of the day knowing what I did helped keep people safe from bad actors in the medical field.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We lift each other up and fill in the gaps as needed. If one of us is struggling the team steps in to make up the difference.

I've worked a lot of places where every wonder why this person or that still had a job. There isn't anyone here that I feel that way about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Knowing my family's health is a concern for Verisys so the plan in place covers all we need and the deductible is almost entirely covered by Verisys as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am doing something that helps keep people safe from bad doctors and knowing I have a team that is there to support me every step of the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership cares about employees beyond how they move the bottom line. People are encouraged to contribute to the entire process and are supported in their efforts even when they fall short. Work life balance is also considered every step of the way.
