Still getting used to things, but atmosphere is good.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall positive experience, coworkers and management are very kind and good people. Sometimes its a little confusing with some lack of communication or training, but I feel that the company is always trying to improve on that. So I appreciate everyone dedication to making it an enjoyable workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like having a productive day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always willing to answer questions and keep the team informed when new information comes to light.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that everyone takes pride in the work that the company does. And the fact that everyone wants to do good work shows.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like a lot of coworkers feel comfortable because they've worked together longer, or they know eachother outside of work, probably due to many come in through referrals. So its not that people are unfriendly or unwelcoming, just that many stick with whom they know.
