Our 401K is matched 100% up to a certain percentage. We get a very generous amount of PTO, plus paid holidays. The longer you work here, the more PTO you get.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together as a team. We have different departments, but we know that we need all departments to make things work. When one department worked especially hard on a project and completed it on time, it's acknowledged and praised by the other departments.

What makes me most happy at work is knowing that I'm making a difference in the world and working to support my family. I love that we are catching those who shouldn't be working in certain professions. We are stopping them from hurting innocent people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they actually care about their employees. They do what they can to help raise our spirits, especially during this pandemic. We have virtual social hour, team building through chat, and order through GrubHub for lunch. They really care about us.
