Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love what I do and my team. However I feel like our benefits are lacking especially if you are a woman, we are expected to use our sick/vacation days for maternity leave. Also are raises are not that great. We used to pay well compared to other employers but I do not feel like we do anymore.

Everyone genuinely does their best to better the company and treat everyone with respect.

The leadership team cares about you as a person not just as an employee. Very receptive to ideas on how to improve. Invested in helping you reach your career path goal.

My team is awesome, they are very supportive but I feel like my department is so small we do not have the opportunities to grow unless we leave and switch departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are people that have been here less time than me in the same position as me making more. I am underpaid or all the things that I am responsible for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is amazing, what the plan does not cover your provided with a debit card to pay whatever goes towards the deductible. PTO benefits are alot more than other companies that I have worked for.
