It was very good at first, it has gotten more difficult as time has gone by just because maintaining a work life balance is becoming harder.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed my time at Verisys overall. I just hope we always continue the work life balance that we currently have. We have adapted to working from home but that includes our family which is nice.

Keep people updated about what is happening

Support everybody and not just specific people.

My manager makes it a positive place to work

Feeling like I am accomplishing what I am supposed to.

The fact that I like my job and I don't dread going to work.

Nothing, I don't think it should be important to interact with them if you're not comfortable with it.

They understand that we are all human and they want to help us in work as well as our livelihood.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying better attention to the needs of certain employees. Understand that consistency is a good thing and some employees haven't had that in awhile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more positions for growth and positions that we could fill as individuals but other than that I do feel appreciated in my job.

New employees are making a lot more money than I was when I started. In a higher position it would be nice to feel appreciated by compensation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everybody is very busy in their everyday tasks. If management could understand that and the conditions of Covid it would be better. We are remote but that doesn't mean we don't have things going on around us that we are trying to balance.
