What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Verizon Wireless needs to fix their system issues and needs to stop using vendor call centers for customer service and for it so that they can get the job done in an efficient manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company needs to consider cost of living raise I'm making less money now than I was when I first started with the company and I do not feel that management listens to anything that we have to say as an employee
