Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now, the economy is terrible. Everything is super expensive, higher rent and same salary for 2 years. I understand that some companies increase the salary once a year, which is not happening here.

many coworkers need to relearn how to do their jobs, some of them have no idea what they're doing, don't know the processes or have any product knowledge. Some also can't read a schedule to save their lives.

I feel that everyone is respected regardless of level of employment, is able to get along and have fun.

The supervisors are very open to discussions about how everyone is feeling and making sure that everyone is okay. They also take it upon themselves to try and fix any issues that may arise.

My coworkers who I am close with, positive environment. Recent changes to my schedule and responsibilities have made my work day much more enjoyable
