What is the best part about your compensation package?
The private health care is heavily subsidized and the monthly gym reimbursement is an amazing incentive to keep fit and healthy.

I feel that we have consistently compensated our team members to the lowest level of the acceptable market range. We should be compensating those we want to retain with a higher level of base cash compensation as an incentive as well as more routine career/promotion discussions.

Having a diverse team, with team members located in over 10 different countries, brings rich perspectives and ideas to projects which gives us all opportunities to learn, collaborate and grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work-life harmony is really important at Vista, as well as a true appreciation of mental health and wellbeing. We are encouraged to prioritize our health (both physical and mental), and use the non-linear workdays to create our own schedules so we can bring the best versions of ourselves to work.

I feel comfortable bringing my full self to work which is something I don't think you can find everywhere. Also being able to meet team members outside of my team at our monthly held social events which helps to make connections in our remote-first company.

The interview panel were friendly, my recruiter gave me good tips and information ahead of the interviews, and I was kept well-informed at each stage of the hiring process.
