I believe we still need to do some research on the pay structure for recruiters.

A higher annual raise of my current salary.

Do a fair market adjustment for employees. An annual merit increase is not the same as a market adjustment impacted by inflation.

I know that we do not pay like other big fish tech companies, but the salary of long-tenured employees in Non-tech functions really needs to be looked at. Now that more legislation around pay transparency is coming up, I see that for my role and skills, the gap is around 50%, which is a lot.
