Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consistent shorstaffing and constant work, typically 6 days with no recognition. When we're feeling unwell we feel like our management makes us feel guilty about it.

We do most of the work with the least pay

Workload varies between employees. If there is an employee that lack in completing their work we only acknowledge that that is the way they are and the work will be passed on to the next hard worker.

They slash our hours so they can collect a bonus at the end of the year. If you cut the hours, give us oppportunity to make the money back
