What do you like best about the leadership team?
Someone once asked me "what's the best benefit your company offers?" My answer was trust. Having a leadership team that trusts me encourages me to take ownership, and they've got my back when I need help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Thank you for the challenge" is a common phrase amongst Prolific teammates. I love that mindset!

They were willing to fly me to New York and let me observe a day in the office.
