I really like the pay and work life balance, but my work isn't interesting or challenging.

I really love the work life balance and my compensation is very good. The work isn't challenging and most of the difficulty in my work is trying to get resources to solve problems with obvious solutions. I'm not solving anything new or doing anything innovative which is why I'm not super proud.

The leadership team has taken a ton of action that indicates they actually care about changing the company culture. Previous leadership always struggled to deliver on transparency and the new group is really changing the company's tune around that which make for a more encouraging workplace.

They need to offer better clarity on where they plan to take the company, provide better communication instead of just expecting people to blindly execute on projects every quarter which get prioritized or de-prioritized without justification as to why. Better compensation and work-time balance too

Feel undervalued because despite doing well in the performance review and being promoted my compensation increase was not even adjusted to inflation. Very demotivating. A better compensation package and good bonuses based on performance wouldve been much appreciated.

Equity return diminishing everyday. There is no concept of bonus, that more tangible. Also I have been hearing out office setup allowance program but nothing happened so far

The leadership lacks vision and to the general public it looks like a company going down as a business. Morale is also in the gutter as leadership does nothing to retain good talent

My team leadership is severely lacking in delivering on transparency and there is not a coherent vision for how to accomplish our goals. There's too many conflicting ideas that lead to very circular outcomes due to management being indecisive.

1, people very territorial about some projects (ex: merchant videos) 2, a lot more talk and not as much action on marketplace and consumer pm teams 3, data driven approach and product / technical guidance from leadership unclear. Bottoms up approach requires strong IC employees

Manager doesn't give enough personalized guidance, no clear path for professional development, focus is on select people that get promoted on the team, lack of cross-team collaboration, disconnect when it comes to working on company goals together, more communication from exec team would help
