It's not that I feel undervalued or underpaid specifically for my position, but the reality of even "fair" compensation is that living costs are so incredibly expensive currently that even comparatively fair compensation isn't realistically enough to not still struggle.

There are no weak links on our team. Everyone is smart, kind, thoughtful, clever, and compassionate. No one has quit/left our team in over 1.5 years, which says a lot for the strength of the team and company retention.

The ERGs are special to just Wistia, imo. Having worked in many tech companies, I've yet to find another who took culture and minorities so seriously that they would actually fund them.
