Undeniable, constant support. I've never had a manager who believed so hard in work-life balance and speaks to me as a person first, employee second. Mike encourages hard work ethic just by the support he provides his team.

The benefits are unreal here. The off-sites alone are beyond industry standard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued or underpaid specifically for my position, but the reality of even "fair" compensation is that living costs are so incredibly expensive currently that even comparatively fair compensation isn't realistically enough to not still struggle.

Open communication and the ability to always ask a question when you're unsure of the answer.

There are no weak links on our team. Everyone is smart, kind, thoughtful, clever, and compassionate. No one has quit/left our team in over 1.5 years, which says a lot for the strength of the team and company retention.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ERGs are special to just Wistia, imo. Having worked in many tech companies, I've yet to find another who took culture and minorities so seriously that they would actually fund them.
