Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is too high and cost of living is increasing, I don't expect to give the full company a pay increase but they could help by proving a living benefit such as other companies have done (such as providing allowances for gym, gas, books per month that could help people with the cost of living

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People, Events put together quite well. Designfest and workhuman innovation has excellent themes that encourage participation (Other companies have the same type of events but engagement is not the same as Workhuman)
