They need to take the security of the company more seriously. Invest in it. Not try to cut costs around.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was paid more

ZF has a history of underpaying for employees when compared to those in similar positions in a given area. I'd feel better knowing that ZF finds me as or more valuable that some company that hasn't seen my work. I'd expect to be paid above the market standard if I'm a high performer.

I feel a bit undervalued due to rising family expenses, inflation, and market comparisons for similar roles. A better hike in the next cycle and support for required L&D certifications would really help. This is a humble request for your kind consideration

innovation for the most part happens with higher ups I wish they would include other members especially when the team is small

it just feels difficult to go to work some days, maybe if better incentives were to push and do work it would help

There is a lot of blind favoritism, which is known and ignored by the management. if this could be monitored and if the teams can run justly, giving the right and deserving and hardworking employee the appreciation to the one that deserves

most of the time the work seems to be very monotonous in nature and if there are way to changes things to make it more interactive then the work pay increase can justified more easily
