Lots of SOP's are in direct conflict with the core company values you learn about on day one. Bad scheduling and poor management is common at my store. PTO allotment is way below the national average. Pay good.

Creating balanced associate schedules. Holding bad associates accountable. Delegating work tasks in a balanced manner. Making adjustments to policy based on associate feedback. ASM's and store manager need to be on the same page. I've gotten too many conflicting tasks.
