Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could use an hourly raise. I’m working 2 Jobs now due to inflation including insurance for my family.

I would start out employees @ $15 an hour & then give a 25% raise a year till a cap for that position is met. Many a time shifts are short
