Our management team plays favorites instead of trying to develop all members of the team. While some are groomed and promoted, others are spinning their wheels wanting to grow and advance but not being assisted.

Some of our co-workers are not team players. They feel they are paid to do only their job and do not like to help with anything outside of that including team/department projects.
