What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The favoritism on the team leaves me feeling defeated and unappreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has made updates in the facility such as painting, modernizing break rooms, etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid pretty fair. We have great benefits, 401K, and stock options. We also have the opportunity for two bonuses per year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of our co-workers are not team players. They feel they are paid to do only their job and do not like to help with anything outside of that including team/department projects.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our management team plays favorites instead of trying to develop all members of the team. While some are groomed and promoted, others are spinning their wheels wanting to grow and advance but not being assisted.
