So much is going wrong but you will never listen to a cashier for their opinion so nothing will improve and you will continue to have a high turnover rate.

Yes I am undervalued as an employee. My requests for time off are constantly denied, my schedule constantly runs on 10 day stretches without a day off. My days are constantly split.

It’s a minimum wage job people get so they can pay bills. They are held to too high of a standard in company needs versed what they are given and treated like from management.
