Compensation movements are slower than a snail even if you have received great rating and feedback. Compensation is not as per market level.

Only appreciation received is in words not terms of compensation movements or perks or benefits. Too many changes happening in the company which creates anxiety

Lots and lots of changes happening almost every week. Employee concerns are not taken into proper account. Company cutting cost at a huge basis from the services they provide to compensation movements etc. Doesn't feel like employee retention is the priority anymore
