¿Por qué te sientes menospreciado y que podría hacerte sentir mejor sobre tu compensación?

I do not necessarily feel undervalued so much as i do not think our pay rate has increased with inflation rates. Being an hourly employee(clock in and clock out) it gets frustrating seeing salary employees around the same level get treated different because they are on salary.
