No one in this warehouse is paid what they're worth. I can't even afford my rent anymore. This is the biggest reason for our turnover problems. More vacation time would also be an enormous benefit to everyone's physical and mental well-being.

Communication is the biggest issue at Fanatics. Both between leadership with one another and between leadership and those they are supervising. Everyone is kept in the dark about everything, and it makes people not trust leadership. And if they get no explanation, then they'll just make stuff up.
